Do Paja Instruments pickups include a warranty?
Yes. Paja Instruments products are covered by a 2-year limited craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Workshop Finds, B-Stock items, prototype units, and other discounted special products may include limited or modified warranty coverage.

What are Workshop Finds?
Workshop Finds are fully functional pickups that have been tested and verified by Paja Instruments before sale.
These units may include prototype builds, pre-built pickups, cancelled custom orders, B-Stock items, experimental designs, or other unique workshop discoveries.
Some Workshop Finds may feature minor cosmetic imperfections, signs of handling, non-standard appearance, or other visual irregularities. Any relevant details are documented on the individual Verify Pickup datasheet when applicable.
All Workshop Finds are electrically functional and individually verified before shipment.
What should I do if a shipment arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and product when applicable.
What should I do if I encounter a builder issue or bug?
Please contact us with as much detail as possible. Feedback and bug reports help continuously improve the SC Builder and HB Builder systems.
Compatibility & Installation
Customers are encouraged to verify compatibility before ordering, especially regarding routing dimensions, pickup sizing, mounting requirements, electronics, wiring configurations, magnetic polarity, winding direction, and instrument-specific limitations.
Different guitars and electronic setups may require different installation approaches, component values, mounting hardware, or modifications. When combining Paja Instruments pickups with pickups from other manufacturers, magnetic polarity and winding direction should always be verified to ensure correct phase and hum-cancelling operation.
Paja Instruments standard polarity:
โข Single Coil (Neck & Bridge): South Up
โข Single Coil Middle (RWRP): North Up
โข Humbucker South Coil: South Up
โข Humbucker North Coil: North Up
Paja Instruments standard lead wire colors:
2-Conductor: White = Hot, Black = Ground
4-Conductor: South Coil: Red = Hot, Green = Ground
North Coil: White = Hot, Black = Ground
